Andrew Kemple
Co-FounderAndrew has directed an extensive portfolio of research analyzing Medicare and Medicaid since 2010. He brings deep expertise in Medicare policy and data, and guides Emendata’s use of advanced analytics, statistical methods, machine learning, and AI on complex oversight and policy challenges.
